A bad condition heritage house for sale on Prangin Lane at RM390K (Updated on 20/2/10). Many repairs needed. Land area about 1200sf. I did not see the upstairs, because I was worried about my safety when I saw the staircase. You know what I mean.......Walking distance to Prangin Mall.

(Updated on 18/11/09) Went upstairs to visit, found the staircase is in fair condition, just need to be strenghten since some part of it been stolen. However, many structure already weaken seen on 1st floor. No drying area and bathroom on upstairs, so you need to put a layer of contrete to make one. Expect heavy cost to be spent.
